Background: I grew up and avid outdoorsman in the Adirondack Mountains in upstate NY, spending my childhood hiking, rock climbing, camping, fishing, and basically anything that involved the outdoors. I moved to Colorado in 1994 where a skiing accident left me paralyzed from the waist down just two years later.

Today, I am a professional speaker, published author, ADA consultant, and President of Access Anything, a nationally recognized leader in adaptive sports and adventure travel for people with disabilities. Together with my wife, Andy, Access Anything sponsors four annual events including an All Mountain Ski Camp for Wounded Soldiers and People With Disabilities, a ski camp for children with disabilities, a waterski and wakeboard camp, and the Legends of the Deep Powder Invitational.

I currently live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado with my wife Andrea, a freelance writer, holistic healer, and co-founder of Access Anything. When I am not traveling or writing you can bet I am somewhere outdoors enjoying life to its fullest!

Goals: Through our work and our camps I have had the opportunity to ski and recreate all over the United States and have a vision to bring adaptive skiing and especially powder skiing to the next level. My goals for the 2008-2009 season are to take my own skiing to the next level by skiing deeper powder on steeper slopes and by hitting bigger jumps. It is my dream to be a fully paid and sponsored athlete and ski professionally for ski industry movie producers.
