Hunt #1 - Blue Grass Army Depot Wounded Warrior Deer Hunt Our second Blue Grass Wounded Warrior Deer hunt this past weekend went even
better than our first (see attached). We had 13 Wounded Warriors hunting with
20 deer taken. What an awesome and rewarding weekend! The Wounded Warriors
were thrilled with the hunt, their guides and the support they received while
at Blue Grass. They were overwhelmed by the escort in from the Patriot Guard
Riders and State Police, free hunting licenses from KYFWS, free homemade meals
and billeting and donated gifts from Concept Development Corp, ATK, GDOTS,
etc. It was all first class and a true display of your generosity and dedication
to our wounded warfighters. Many thanks to all of you that The HOOAH (Healing Outside Of A Hospital) program NCOIC told us that this was clearly one of the best events they have ever participated in, thanks to you! Hooah!! VR- BG6 |
